Here at Puget Systems we accept a wide variety of payment methods from our customers. To purchase a computer via any of these methods please use one of our configure pages to set up the system design and specifications you would like, then save it and log in to or set up an account with us. At that point you will be able to proceed to checkout and select the payment method of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit Card<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We accept Visa<\/a>, MasterCard<\/a>, Discover<\/a>, and American Express<\/a> cards through our secure online payment system. This is by far the most common method used by our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the high rate of fraudulent transaction attempts that are made online, we take careful security measures, both to protect our business and to protect our customers. We can only ship your order to an address that is on file with your credit card. If the address we have on file is not listed as an authorized address with your credit card, then you need to either call your credit card company and have it added, or update your address in our system to an authorized address. If it is necessary that the system be shipped to an unauthorized address, then please contact us to make special arrangements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Debit Card<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Debit cards<\/a> with Visa or MasterCard logos can be used just like credit cards, including the same restrictions on shipping to protect against fraud. One additional thing to note is that debit cards often have lower daily and transaction limits than credit cards, so before submitting payment through our website it is a good idea to check with your bank to see what the limits are and whether they can be expanded if need be. If not, we can also work with you to split payments over a couple days or multiple cards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

PayPal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This online payment system has been around for many years, and allows for a variety of payment methods. PayPal’s<\/a> core business is electronic funds transfers, sometimes called eChecks, directly from a bank account to a merchant. They also provide a portal for using a credit or debit card to pay, supporting the same four card types that Puget does directly, but we recommend going through our own secure website for card transactions. We are limited to only shipping orders to addresses that have been verified through your PayPal account ahead of time. This is a strict requirement of PayPal, and we cannot circumvent it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

These options are infrequently used, but are viable payment methods here at Puget Systems. They can be acquired through your banking institution<\/a>, and in the case of money orders<\/a> also through the US Postal Service and some other businesses. Because they have to be mailed in to us, and then take some time to verify once they arrive, using these payment methods may delay your order a little bit. Instructions for where to send a cashier’s check or money order, and what additional information to include with them, is available on our order submission \/ checkout page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Wire Transfer \/ ACH<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Another type of payment option we accept at Puget Systems are wire transfers<\/a> and ACH<\/a>. These are very similar, in that they both involve electronic transfers of funds directly from one bank to another – without a middleman like PayPal. These tend to be favored by bigger businesses, but can be used by individuals as well. Personal Financing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We have partnered with Affirm<\/a> to give you a simple way to make your purchase with no hidden fees. For business leasing and financing, we have partnered with Brickhouse Capital<\/a>. They are a private lender, which allows them to be more flexible in terms of credit, collateral, and making the credit decision \u201cin-house\u201d instead of relying on a bank credit analyst. New customers may qualify for up to $150,000 in equipment financing within 24 hours<\/a>. Larger loan amounts are available, up to $1M, with competitive rates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Purchase Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We may offer NET terms to select, pre-approved customers on a case-by-case basis.
