Here at Puget Systems, we are able to ship a majority of our build-to-order computers and servers within 1-2 weeks. This page details our delivery schedule and possible delays so you are as informed as possible. Each configure page also shows a more up-to-date time estimate, and you can talk to one of our consultants<\/a> if you have further questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are three phases to every purchase: parts acquisition, assembly\/testing, and shipping. While we stock many components, there are often situations where we need to order items to complete a build. Once all the parts have arrived, and your system reaches the front of our build queue, the assembly, installation, and testing processes usually take 3-4 days. While we make every effort to complete your build as quickly as possible, we believe this job should be done thoroughly and meticulously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the computer leaves our door, the amount of time it takes to reach you depends solely on the shipping method you choose when you place the order. All shipments are fully insured, and in the rare event of shipping damage, Puget Systems will handle the entire claim process so that you don’t have to. Please note that all our packages are shipped with a signature requirement for security.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Possible Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There are two main things that can delay our delivery time: billing problems and backordered parts. Our order process begins when the purchase transaction is complete, so a problem with your credit card or other payment method may delay your order. It is not unusual for credit card purchases of this size to have problems (usually minor issues, like an address mismatch or a security flag due to the high value of our transactions) so we strongly recommend you do not wait until the last minute to place your order. A supply problem with backordered parts may also cause a delay to your system. Getting your build-to-order computer, server, or mini pc to you on time is a high priority to us. If we anticipate a problem we will inform you when you place your order, but some issues are unforeseen and can cause delays that we do not expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For international shipments, there is also potential for delay in customs which is entirely out of our control. We make sure to adhere to all import requirements in the countries we support shipping to, but sometimes there are lengthy inspections or other delays even when all the paperwork is perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All timelines shown on our website are counted in business days. Weekends and holidays are not factored in on any timeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our stated delivery times are shown only as a guide to help you know what to expect. Though a majority of our deliveries make these deadlines, we cannot guarantee it and do not issue refunds or discounts if your order is delayed. Rest assured, we do strive to make our delivery deadlines 100% of the time as we know this is extremely important to you! You may change your shipping option up until the day your order is shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will contain instructions on how you can track our progress through the order status page on our website. When your computer ships, we email you a tracking number so you can see exactly where your package is. You can also track your shipment through a link on your order status page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
